2011 · The beginning

Learning from the work itself

I started my professional life as a telecaller in 2011. In the years that followed, through 2026, I worked with companies including OPPO, HDFC Bank, Vodafone, Airtel and Aircel.

During that journey, exposure to different CRM systems showed me how companies manage customers, organise work and define their requirements. That experience helped me understand what a business expects from its software and what the people using it need every day.

2021–2022 · A change in direction

A turning point in Chandigarh

A major change in my life came when I moved to Chandigarh in 2021. After working there for a year, I changed jobs and joined STJ Group in 2022. There, I met Managing Director Kashish Goyal.

His trust and support helped me develop a business mindset. With his encouragement, I took business and AI mastery classes and continued building my knowledge. I built my first software for him, and that became an important step in my journey into software development.

Learning by building

Working with MSME business owners

After that first software, I kept meeting MSME business owners, understanding their businesses and exploring what I could build to support their work. Their requirements led me to develop billing software, ERP and CRM systems, task management apps, chatbots and voice calling agents.

Each business brought a different way of working and something new to learn. As I built these systems, I kept expanding my knowledge of software, AI and business operations.

Understand the business. Then build the system.

That experience shapes how I work at Anvatrix today. I start by speaking with the business owner, understanding the existing process and discussing what the system needs to do. From custom software to AI integrations and workflow automation, the aim is to build around the business and the people who use it.
