What to expect from the website and when a separate project agreement is needed.
Vipin Panchal, founder of Anvatrix, operates this business website to introduce software services, selected work and the upcoming AI CRM. These terms cover website use and do not replace a written client-project agreement. Questions can be sent to admin@anvatrix.org.
Emailing us or contacting Vipin on LinkedIn does not create an accepted order, booking, subscription or delivery commitment. This website has no contact form, account registration, checkout or subscription purchase and collects no payments. Project proposals and commitments are confirmed separately.
Provide accurate contact details and information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate others, send spam or unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website.
Do not send passwords, payment credentials, confidential client records or customer personal data in an initial email. Agree on a suitable secure channel before sharing project material.
Before payment or a project commitment, a separate written agreement should define scope, pricing, payment milestones, delivery expectations, dependencies, data handling, intellectual property and licensing, support, changes, cancellation and refunds. Website descriptions do not settle those terms.
For work using AI or other external services, the agreement should also clarify vendor accounts, account ownership, permissions, usage limits and third-party charges. Timelines depend on agreed requirements. Any future product subscription will require its own disclosed terms and payment process.
Selected work is anonymized. Diagrams and product previews are concept demonstrations, not customer screenshots, complete specifications or proof that a product is currently in production. They do not imply a client endorsement.
Anvatrix branding, original content and third-party marks or assets belong to their respective rights holders. Do not use them to falsely suggest ownership, approval or partnership.
Content may change and availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Anvatrix AI CRM is coming soon; its approximate two-month target is an estimate, not a guaranteed release date or an available paid subscription. The website promises no lifetime support, guaranteed profit or specific business result.
Email services, LinkedIn and any separately agreed external services have their own terms and policies. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded. Contact admin@anvatrix.org with concerns, and review the updated date for the current version.
